Policy for the use of St Mary's Church Callington
St Mary's church building is the property of the Diocese of Truro and primarily used for the worshipping community of Callington. It performs a central role within the community for Rites of Passage and for this reason contains many items of historical interest. We want the community to be able to come in and enjoy the building and ask that all booking agree to adhere to the following guidelines.

Please ensure that the objects, fittings and fabric of the building are respected and not removed.

Please ensure that you notify the team of any requirements on your booking form.

There are two ramps available to make the church more accessible.

We are not licenced to sell alcohol.

Activities undertaken during booking should be appropriate to the age and fabric of church. Risk assessments should be undertaken ahead of time.

The church reserves the right to refuse a booking if it feels that the use for the booking does not fit with its beliefs and ideals.

There is a first aid kit green box is hanging from the shelf to the left as you enter the church. Please be aware of trip hazards and changes floor level whilst moving around.

The nearest defibrillator is situated in New Road by the toilets.
